has a birthday today. This year we got her a sane child.

The underage sister in law is now diagnosed with "not bipolar but we will treat all the symptoms of bipolar disorder with medicine for bipolar disorder". She got her mom a birthday present for the first time ever. She hasn't screamed at or physically attacked anyone in a week. These all seem like very good signs
