Does the speed of DU responses spoil you for other boards?

Strange when you can start a rock and roll (or photography or opera or movie, etc) thread here in the lounge and talk about it that night at length sometimes. But then go to your rock forum and dcays go by before someone takes you up on your killer observations about The Who's lyrical themes, etc.
