Dangerously Amused and her guy are here.
We managed to get the sofa into the house with minimal damage to the sofa and slight damage to the wall...

Now they're working on a window air conditioner. Please send good vibes their way as any kind of assembly project attempted while dating should be done with caution... x(

16. Yeah, we pretty much laughed our way through it.

Which is how we handle most team projects. :7

OMG, that AC instruction manual was TOTALLY f'ing worthless! It's like someone had to work to write something that unhelpful and illogical.

9. Yeah, well.

Every time I had a crush on you over the last four years, it turned out you were already in luh-ove with someone else. A girl can take getting her heart broken only so many times.

12. How do you have 'several' crushes on somebody?
That's like saying Joe DiMaggio had 56 hitting streaks in 1941.

Fine:

1. Crush on Oedi.

2. Find out he's in love with someone else.

3. Broken heart, /crush.

4. Rinse, repeat.

There. Happy now?

7. Oh no! Was there really damage to the sofa?

Did the plaster transfer not brush out? Or was there other damage that I didn't see? Crap, I tried to be careful. :(

And the wall, well... obviously we weren't the first ones to take a gouge out of the wall in an effort to get a sofa/furniture around the corner and through that cramped space, heh. Not to worry - it can be easily fixed with spackle and paint. I've done it.

8. Don't worry about it!!
some of the plaster is being stubborn, but I'll get it out.

You and your guy are very special. Don't know what I'd do without you.

dilemma exists no more, and glad to hear that you've got AC and also glad to hear that you had help from Dangerously Amused, and glad to hear that Dangerously Amused has a nice guy. Guess I'm glad all over!

Seriously, happy all turned out!
