how do I get pics to direct show up in posts instead of links to pics?

1. I use photobucket.com

They have a free account you cna register for. I copy the second link in the list below the pic in photobucket to my post in DU and it shows up.

2. If it's a pic that's already hosted somewhere, then

Right click on the pic

Properties

Copy the URL

Paste URL in the Message

Click Preview to be sure it works

Then Post Message

4. If you upload to photobucket, you can re-size it

at photobucket too, which comes in handy.

Also, when you copy the picture url here, make sure it ends in jpg or gif. Photobucket sometimes puts a lot of junk letters at the end and you have to delete those so your pic url ends in .jpg or .gif
