2. All kidding aside, it makes just as much sense really.

When you take it down to the lowest level possible, saying "leave it up to the states" is no different than leaving it up to our next-door neighbors.

3. States
Should it be up to the States>?

Or should it be a 'National' 'Law'?

4. Not quite sure I understand the question.
It should be exactly as it is for straight people. Legal in all states and federally recognized. You cannot leave things up to the states when there are federal rights/benefits at stake.

So, I guess my answer is yes... it should be decided at the FEDERAL level, and states should be forced to comply. Can you imagine the uproar that would be caused if one state decided tomorrow to not allow ANY marriage, and did not recognize any marriage from any other state. How absurd would that be?

5. I Agree
It should be National Law

But that will never happen as long as these evangelical fuksticks keep spouting off their hate

6. It will happen if we have leadership that supports equality.
Evangelical fuckticks have been spouting hate for centuries. And yet, women can vote, and slavery was abolished. I think we can do this too.

8. Meh, just keep it in your own house
Ask your kids. If they say it's okay, marry up.
