why are plastic wading pools all that awful color and design?

that bright blue or purple stuff?

Why aren't there some that are more tasteful in appearance? Like perhaps plain lime green, or perhaps black and white, or perhaps beach sand/shell colors, or tropical?

Don't "they" know that sometimes adults want a little wading pool, too?
