My God it's humid!! 94%. It's summer in the Midwest!

2. I've never lived any place where it was dry in the summer.

Closest I ever experienced was the drought of 1988. It just wasn't humid enough to create rain. Hot, yes. Humid, no. I remember being amazed at how little I used the AC.

My apt is a humidity trap, I can't deal. I get less tolerant of sweating as I age. It's staying on all night, so I can sleep past dawn. The sun blasts me at 5:30-7 a.m., and I need some rest after tonight. :)

5. we've had an unreal amount of rain this week

At least it hasn't gotten super warm yet, but the humidity today was bad--and after this storm tonight will probably be even worse tomorrow ...

6. It stormed off and on all day here...

in the 70's. Supposed to be in the 90's by the weekend. I hate when we go from cool temps straight up to 95. As for the humidity....it gets awful here close to the lake.
