Well, good news today ...

I've been suffering from bad, unexplained pain for a while now. I've had one specialist essentially tell me I was crazy, and another tell me he just didn't know the cause of the problem. Felt pretty hopeless.

Today, I went to see a physical therapist specializing in the problem area, and she found the problem right away. Said there was "no doubt in her mind" about it, and the way she could trigger the pain pretty much had me sold. It's going to be a long battle, but the issue can be resolved, and I'll eventually have my normal life back.

I'm hurting tonight, but somehow the pain seems less. I certainly feel less of a mental burden on my shoulders! ;)

Uncertainty is a very difficult thing to live with...

Anxiety can certainly increase pain...and your anxiety just got reduced, big time!
