Live and work in the USA!

Living in Japan, I am sometimes amused by the ads that pop up at some web sites advertising the chance to live and work in the Good Ol' USA. One time, a pop-up ad cheerfully announced, in Japanese, that "my country" was qualified to apply for a Green Card! Another time, I got a pop-up informing me that I had just won a free Green Card, good for one year! Here is the latest "Green Card" ad that has popped up on me while I was consulting a dictionary site on the Internets:

So, do I REALLY want to MISS my chance to live and work in the USA? The default button says YES!
