OMG! "Angel" was frickin' hilarious tonight!

Angel was transformed into a live muppet by demonic forces...

Some of the funnier scenes included:

* when muppet-Angel was kicking Spike's ass
* when muppet-Angel dramatically leaves his office, with the slo-mo shot of him, sword slung across his felt shoulders
* when muppet-Angel put on his vampire face

It was a funny, funny episode!

1. I like how Joss Whedon can come up with something different.

I like how Joss Whedon can be counted upon to come up with something different every now and then. As an aside, I didn't like the fact that Firefly was canceled by Fox (there was some major babeliciousness in that show, by the way).

I laughed the whole way thru! :D

And the scenes with his erstwhile werewolf girlfriend, were touching too. Great metaphor for fighting w/ vulnerability in a relationship.

edit: I didn't get to see the credits; were those indeed Muppets? They sure looked like Muppets.
