"I don't know"

Yeah so I'm suppose to hope my itchy/warm irritated neck just gets better on it's own.

At least they figured out my other issue (Grinding my teeth at night and giving me a headache.. there's a shorter name for it) and that means valium go me!

This has been a horrible year for me. Chronic Bronchitis, I loss my gall bladder, now I think every nook and cranny that happens to me just causes my anxiety to go up cause I'm just not use to having health problems.

Well if you all excuse me I'm going to go watch some early ninties Japanese Wrestling. To each their own to relieving stress ;).

1. Oh, I'm sorry
I don't know you but isn't there some way of addressing the underlying stress/anxiety, rather than going on Valium or other meds?
