4. I Always Believed That Officiating Should Be Handled By A Third Party

Sports leagues should outsource the hiring, firing, and managing of officials to a third entity. Like an auditing firm or some other type of firm. This firm would hire, fire, and manage the officials on behalf of the leagues. This way, there won't be the appearance of a conflict of interest.
