81. Just watched - the tofu dish was brilliant! And Jen needed to go, but not yet...

the fucking morons who did the chorizo polish sausage should have had one of their team sent home. That was an abomination what they did.

I don't think much of Jen, and clearly she was not destined for the final win, but she should have lasted a while longer.

I think Richard/Blaise is gonna take the final. Why do they call him by two names?

A lot of Japanese cooking requires transfusing different tastes to tofu, and she was practically yelling at the screen as he patted himself on the back for the steak idea.

On that note, mabo tofu (dofu), a Chinese dish borrowed by the Japanese, is absolutely delicious--ground beef mixed with tofu.
