Had my surgery today (please excuse the typos)

Today I had outpatient surgery to remove a cataract from my right eye. Fortunately it went off w/out a hitch. everybody at Baylor Surgicare was really nice and I don't remember most of it. I started coming out of it (local anestheic) toward the end and could see the doctor with my left eye as he was, I think, finishing the stitches or getting the lens in or something. I was still sort of out of it, so I don't really remember. It sort of tickled. . . strange feeling /// my right eye.

Anyway, I am home now with this huge patch taped down over my eye so I cant open it.. I do to see him tommorow morning in his office to get the patch off and start antibiotic eyedrops.

I have been doing a little reading for my graduste courses with my left eye, but since I can;t wear my glasses I can only do a little bit at a time.

I was getting tiresd of just laying there in bed so I decided to come post - How hard could it be, right - well I think I am going to go lie down again soon.

Some of ya'll knew I was going to have this, so I just wanted to report in. :)
