Today I meet the definition of "pigging out" (although I consumed no pork)

I'm ashamed of myself today - if it was in my pantry, fridge or freezer, I ate it. Must be an aftereffect of yesterday's epidural steroid injection. Please give me a virtual scolding!

But really-- steroids make you act strangely so it's not your fault.

2. It's AWFUL! I can't stop myself!

I remember having this problem back in 1995 when I went back to school. I didn't have a disc herniation then, but nerve impingement in my back, and I was given oral steroids, which made me eat everything that wasn't nailed down. I feel much the same way now. Shockingly, I've LOST a few lbs. I'm going to physical therapy, but was told not to exercise otherwise just yet to avoid further insult to my back. Oh, well.
