Another Irish joke:
Three Irishmen came out of a bar. They stumbled over the unconscious form of Moriarty, the town drunkard. One of them, Knowles, the local undertaker, said, "I know -- let's teach old Moriarty a lesson. There's a new grave dug down at the cemetery for a funeral tomorrow.
we'll take him down there and put him in it, and he'll have such a scare when he wakes up in the morning, he'll never drink again." The other two eagerly agreed. They picked up Moriarty, took him down to the cemetery, got an old coffin out of the storage shed, put him in it, and lowered it into the open grave. Then they hid behind some tombstones nearby to wait for the fun to begin. At six in the morning the whistle at the local factory went off. The lid of the coffin heaved open, and in a moment the still-drunken head of Moriarty appeared above the edge of the grave. He looked around and said, "Well Jesus help me! 'Tis the resurrection day, and I'm the first one up!"
