And then, when the PGA called the behavior "inappropriate" rather than "criminal" or "contemptible," I was REALLY pissed. You'd be in really, really hot water if you intentionally killed a hawk here.

At minimum it's a violation of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and in California it's also a violation of the Raptor Protection Act. I'm not sure what the law is there though.

It's illegal, and at minimum, he should be heavily fined. I think it's 10,000 per violation for the maximum fine. :shrug:

(PS I do own steel toed boots, so if he's NOT fined and he turns up with a boot stuck in his ass, you know what happened... :P )

I was told to never ever use any kind of "ash" when coloring. I don't remember why, I just remember being told. (I've dyed my hair a brazillion times since then)

Isn't it funny? You can't go with black, but I bet you would be a blonde bombshell. I could never be a blonde. I look frightening! But black hair makes my eyes really stand out.
