I am meeting my stbx tomorrow at the accountant
we will be going over the best way to divy up our lives so we don't get raped with taxes.....
Its getting harder to see him..... especially when he goes his way and I go mine....
I just want to stay on an even keel so I don't say or do anything stupid....
this is just the first in many facets of our divorce....

I REALLY hope it gets easier .

Oh yeah.. he told me that he didn't see himself getting married in the "forseeable" future..

Good luck tomorrow. The worst part of my divorce was the financial stuff-- mainly because she got this shark of a lawyer who wanted every last cent I had. Once that was done, I never saw the ex- again. We even finalized the paperwork via mail and our lawyers.

Everything is getting better already. I would stake my, uh, "reputation" on that. :hug:

27. I'm still awake here.....I worked at the Theatre until 11:30 last night and didn't

It does get easier. Two years into it and I am still fraught with all sorts of feelings but not the kind that make me cry or despair at night when I'm feeling alone. It was two years ago almost exactly that I understood my marriage was over. I know you'll be okay as long as you remember who you are, and hold on to that precious truth. :pals:
