Maybe in the summer you can come up to Popham (not that you don't have your own beaches down there). Just sayin' if you want to take a ride or something...
and want to meet up...

but my kids want to go to that water slide place and we didn't get there last year. We did go to that big Peace Festival thing at the Eastern Prom (is that what they call it?). I am still learning Portland. We go to the Children's Museum and of course, Joker's! You know, all the hot spots for 3 and 5 yr olds.

12. Automatic, of course.
Never touched a gear shifter in my life. :P

Incidentally, I did hit about 40 trillion pot holes on Canco Road during the test. Fucking potholes--P-Town's getting REALLY BAD that way. :D

17. Good For You!
My poor daughter took her test today, and was so nervous, that the poor thing put it in reverse instead of drive. She failed the first five seconds. Bummer too, cause she's a really good driver!

congrats to you, though! It's a great feeling!

18. Haha, I failed the first time for a wide right turn and not looking over my shoulder enough.
This was my second time in. I completely understand how she feels--mostly like shit, I'm sure. It's a quick turnaround in Maine, though, from one time to another--two weeks. I hope she doesn't have to wait long to go back in.

This time I felt so much more in control. I hope the same happens with your daughter!

:)

23. She can do it Monday.
We are even going to go practice this weekend, as we have an idea of the route.

I failed it FOUR times before I got mine, and that was at age 30, after getting it my first time at 18! I let it expire because I lived overseas all that time, and took cabs.

and yes, she feels mostly like shit, lol
