20 years ago I'd get colds that would last weeks, my nose running like a water faucet. Started drinking OJ every day, haven't had a cold or a sniffle for years.

twice a day, plus my normal multi-vitamin. I'd drink the OJ, but sometimes it doesn't agree with me.

I think that's what does it for me. I haven't been sick sick in years.

I start about October and do it religiously until April. Any juice with 100% VitC per serving works. I usually drink grapefruit juice.
