The city plows actually plowed out my walk way and drive way today

instead of plowing me in! My lucky day! I guess they felt bad for me because they (two different plow drivers) saw me shoveling out there in the rain. We got a significant snowfall this morning and then rain in the afternoon, which makes the snow extra heavy. BTW, there is hardly any place to put the snow. The banks are way too high. I had to throw the snow way above my head to get it out of the way. I still shoveled for 1.5 hours, even with the plow driver's help, to get those areas close to my car. It was real nice them to help out (for free). I probably would have been out there two hours longer if they hadn't helped me out like that.
