3. I've never before seen farfalle that looked like ribbon candy.
Pretty. I'd probably match it with a white sauce or oil sauce and keep the rainbows visible. I love the butterfly shape. I once had a pasta book that explained the Italian names and this one stuck with me -- bow ties in English, but butterflies to the Italians.
