So I bought a pair of little 2 pound weights
and I'm trying to work with them as I watch tv.

You think I'll be buff by the 11pm news?

1. I hate to say it, but you need to use real weights

3. I'd say you'll definitely be buff by 11 pm!
Assuming, of course, that you were buff to start with (or that you've got those 2 pounders duct-taped to some dumbbells that wouldn't be more at home in Barbie's Dream Gym)...

:)

6. No, but you have the right idea.
Work those weights whenever you have time. While watching tv is a great idea.

You'll be moving up to 5 pound weights in no time!
