damn travelocity

So, I just bought a plane ticket, and during the check out there's a thing that says something like "you can still buy trip protection/insurance whatever", and I click on it - it adds $35 to my bill, I decide against it, and go back. The screen gives me the price without that added $35, so I click to pay, and then it tells me it's charged my credit card with the amount with the $35, and it's listed on the bill!! I'm so pissed.... my university is paying for half the ticket, so I'm not as pissed as I could have been, so I'm not as angry as I could be, but I don't have a tree that sprouts $35 bills, or money in any denomination for that matter. fuckers.

it's almost not worth it, to be honest. I could email and maybe get things sorted out, but if I called, it would cost me so much (a pay-as-you-go cell phone is my only phone) to make any benefit negligible.
