Whew! That was close!
I was making my coffee and wished I'd had something a little sweet to go with it. I didn't have any cake or cookies. I had nothing, really.

So I figured I'd make cinnamon toast - which I haven't had since I was a kid. I pour the sugar in the bowl, and just as I'm about to add the cinnamon I notice that I had the chili powder in my hand.

That would've been an icky breakfast.

1. Mistaken salt for sugar? A friend did one time - nastiest cookies ever.
Thankfully I missed dinner when another friend made a seafood quiche. With a graham-cracker pie crust. For her soon-to-be in-laws.
