i report tomorrow morning for surgery to fix my herniated discs, FINALLY!!
i might be worried if i wasn't so goddamned tired of the pain, and the bs of life in the medical industrial complex.
i am grateful to be able to afford this, and grateful to live in a time where this is considered piddly. but i can barely stand the wait.

17. heya lizards- i'm home

everything went pretty well. the surgery went longer cuz they found some bone spurs. the drugs were pretty good. still have a little tingly spot and some numbness where i had crushing pain before, but that is fading fast. post surg pain seems like nothing after what it was like before.
and hey, i am a little taller.
i am so happy.
