'Fight Club: the musical" set for stage? Trent Reznor is on board
David Fincher’s 1999 flick Fight Club is the next film to get turned into a…Broadway musical?!?!?

Yup, following the footsteps of Hairspray, The Producers, and Monty Python’s Holy Grail, Fight Club is slated to get a theatrical makeover for 2009, a decade after the film’s original release.

Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk has agreed to jump on board, Fincher is in, and Trent Reznor expressed interest in developing the music.

4. Well, if they can make "Legally Blonde" into a Broadway musical...
they can do "Fight Club", I guess. Still, interesting choice.

13. I just read up on the experiments on their site
The funny thing about the Lips is to read, on their site, all the former members. All of them are still friendly they just couldn't do it anymore. They could "live the lifestyle anymore" Coyne may not be as strange as he endurance abled.

12. Actually I'm pretty sure this will be awesome...
Edgy and sardonic and intense and awesome...but I'm a theatre chick which means I don't immediately think musical=horrific, over-produced cutesy cheesefest.
