my late sister's first huband,
and the father of her children,
is from Trinidad. He used to make
this bread to go with what ever type
of curried meat he was fixing. I think
it was called Roti? I do not know if that
is right or even if that is how it is
spelled. I loved it and would love to
know how to make it.

I love it and have never found a recipe. The meals sounds fantastic, by the way. I've never heard of Kosha chicken but I'm going to look it up.

I think I'm having Kraft macaroni and cheese. :(

I made saag paneer last week and for the first time I was happy with results. The paneer had a nice crust from pan grilling.
