She makes 37 million a year, and he makes about half of that. She definitely doesn't need his money. I think she's a serial monogamist--she wants to be in a "relationship" more than she wants to be with the particular person she's with. I think she keeps looking for the perfect person, and when she finds any little flaw, she dumps him and moves on. She also always seems to have another man lined up before she dumps the old one--I bet there's another guy (probably rich and famous) waiting to step onto the JLO stage.

The bootie aspect doesn't work either way for me (not a particular turn-on or -off) but I do think she's very attractive. Still, I've known more attarctive women who were not 'celebreties' and the media's constant harping about her splendiferousness is annoying for even those of us who basically seek to annoy it.

To me she's always seemed one of those manufactured 'stars' that seem all the rage today. Famous merely for being famous. That culture sees its ultimate expression, perhaps, in elevating winners of game shows or 'reality' shows to cultural/pop icons. It sucks.

The real reason she's dumping Ben is the real reason she got involved with him, or the real reason she got with and dump Puffy.......She's a complete oppurtunistic careerist whose only concern is her and sees men as a means to an end. That, and she's utterly unstable and needy.

And she's getting rid of Affleck because their movie, Gigli, is bigger waste of celluloid than the average Red-Ink Ronnie film. Being associated with Ben right now will slow down her dream of becoming the next Marilyn Monroe (or Elizabeth Taylor, the way she goes through men like underwear).

Don't buy the stripper story, the real deal is J.Lo (or as my friends call her J.Hoe) is looking out for #1 and see Benny boy as dead weight right now.
