an "aging, laid back pit bull with high name recognition, good at working the crowds"...? Can he be trusted to keep off the sauce at important events? Isn't he still a bachelor, though? Anything we don't know about Spuds that maybe we should? He seems affable, surprisingly non-dogmatic, but I worry about a last-minute spate of 'bimbo-eruptions". The cameras were on him a lot in the 80's and then I heard he drifted into an aimless twilight zone and was played hard by some bitches. Have heard rumors about rivals digging into a "bones" connection of some sort.
