Foolish question of the day.
"I'm taking two of my cats to the vet. Wanna ride along?"
-- My mother-in-law, 8:02 a.m., Thursday, 27 December 2007

Please add yours as they occur.

1. *raises hand*
Must these be questions that were actually asked of us?

Because I immediately thought of the cafeteria scene in "Midnight Cowboy" wherein Jon Voigt asked the strange woman and her son, "Y'all gonna eat them crackers?"

3. Well, aren't _you_ polite, raisin' yer hand and all.
Bless your :hoart:

No, they don't have to be foolish questions that were actually asked of you. However, my mother-in-law did, in fact, inquire as to whether I'd care to ride along her and her two howling cats. :scared:

5. Lucy's pretty good in the car
She just rrows quite pathetically every so often from inside her carrier. :(

11. She wouldn't tell me
She's rather private about her toiletries.

14. I prefer a direct approach with loved ones.
Dearest Lucy,

Quite often, when I accompany you to your medical appointments, I sense your disquiet, as much as you try to protect me from your roiling emotions. I am writing to you today not only to relieve you of any notion that you must protect me, but to ask, "Did you piss on the blanket in your pet taxi?"

Plz rite bk. K THX BAI!

Oedi
