This is our tree. This photo was actually taken in December of 2005, but we still have the same tree and the same ornaments, and I always decorate it the same way, so it still looks exactly like this. It's actually in this exact spot in our living room right now, just as it was back then. :)



This is our favorite ornament--it's a red blown-glass heart with goldtone metal musical lines and notes wrapped around it. I absolutely love pretty ornaments like this--I never do a "theme" or a specific color scheme. Our tree has pretty much every color of the rainbow on it somewhere! I love bows, so we have lots of red velvet and silver lace bows all over our tree--I've had them for years, and I couldn't imagine our Christmas tree without them. :hi:

26. didn't do a regular tree this year

instead just stuck some lights in my ficus...and that string wasn't working for the last part, so the lights are only on the top of the branches. the good thing is that I can just keep the lights in the tree and no one will know, so I can have christmas in feb and again in july. that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
