1. Oxy probe? Still ongoing, far as I know...

I believe that Rush's people offered some kind of plea bargain (He'd do rehab, etc.), which was rejected by the powers-that-be.

Who knows? He may end up having to face the music just like the "little people."

2. florida prosecuters blew it

They leaked, rush wins. And the prosecuter offered a deal, after the fact, that black turned down. he knows he has them by the balls now. I dont think he will even get community service at this point.
