Roofing Executive Falls Through Own Roof, Dies
Hendricks Suffered Head Injuries In Fall

BELOIT, Wis. -- Ken Hendricks, a roofing company billionaire, has died after falling through his roof.

The Rock County Sheriff's Department said the 66-year-old was checking on construction on his roof Thursday at about 10 p.m. and fell through.

Law enforcement commander Troy Knudson said Hendricks' wife called authorities to their home in the Town of Rock. Hendricks suffered head injuries in the fall and was taken first to a Beloit hospital and then transferred to Rockford Memorial Hospital in Winnebago County, Ill.
