Angry at noise, condo owner shoots construction worker.

ATLANTA -- A condo resident angry at noise from a construction site next door to his Buckhead building shot and wounded a construction worker Tuesday morning, according to police.

The gunman stepped out onto the balcony of his unit at the Branford on Peachtree building in the 2100 block of Peachtree Road and fired a shot at the construction site next to the building, police told WSB-TV Channel 2.

Officers swarmed into the building just after 11 a.m. and arrested the gunman.

The wounded construction worker, shot in the face, was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.
