29. I don't know Khepra...

...But he seems well liked. And so, on faith, I am sending to him all the positive instant karma I can muster. I was plagued by strep when I was a kid, so I know the hell of it all too well. Those damn swabs down your aching throat, etc. "The pain, boss, the pain!"

In addition to good karma, I recommend antibiotics. As I recall, my dad was in bed for two years in the 1930s because strep turned into scarlet fever, and it was the age before antibiotics.

Rest well, sturdy, proud Khepra---and try to drink some herbal tea with honey and lemon.

And for God's sake, don't smoke.
