And if you have ANY KIND OF PAIN IN YOUR CHEST, GOTO THE ER IMMEDIATELY. I ignored my angina symptoms. I figured, well, I'm only 38, so that can't be it. I waited until I had a heart attack, then I had to have six bypasses. Don't mess with your heart. (I felt the angina in my chest AND in my back). Don't screw around with it.
