I order some stuff on line yesterday. I had a discount coupon for $15 off a $75 order that is good through this week. What I ordered came to about $85.
Last night I received an email with my order confirmation. One of the items was out of stock, but the rest would ship shortly. I did not see the $15 discount. I emailed back about that and received a reply that my now $74.83 order did not qualify.
I feel that the fact one item I order is out of stock is their fault not mine and for PR they should give me the $15 off. I'm also annoyed that although it took the discount code, it did not tell me my order didn't qualify.
I emailed them back to just cancel my order and I won't be ordering from them again.
