and some dogfish head shelter ale,
chili will be cooking,
wings,
nachos,
chips of all sorts,
appletinis for the ladies and some wine,

1. What I'm gonna make

All the women in the family is gonna make some food for the game, I'm making some nachos, a bunch of dip, I'm gonna try making some taco bread(chips) too.

4. Ribs.

I'll be firing up the smoker at about 11:00 AM (Eastern time), smoke the ribs over indirect heat with mesquite chunks for about six hours, then smother them in my homemeade barbecue sauce for the last hour. The meat will be falling off the bone.
