I had the volume on the video turned all the way down, because I'm listening to my own music, so to me, he was dancing to Spoon. His dance moves actually fit quite well to the song ("The Minor Tough," and I started the video maybe halfway through the song)...

I used to have a cockatoo that also danced to music, and I don't think anyone taught him (we got him used, though, so I don't know). Maybe it's a universal thing with them?
