One of my favorite birthday cards of all time
Yesterday, one of my daughter's friends gave me a birthday card she made herself. She is in the second grade. It said:

Dear Mrs. Audrey's Mom

I wrote this for you.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Happy Birthday

Love, Jacqueline

Kids make me laugh!

3. I loved that part, too!
I'm not sure if she got tired and decided to call it a day or just didn't realize that if you start something with "roses are red..." there is generally some kind of rhyme involved. :-)
