2. I decided to stay away from it
when I heard Dr. Sanjay Gupta say you should wear dark pants when on the Alli diet. No thanks. :scared:

4. I'm on it right now
and thier not kidding about eating a low fat diet with it.. I've had many a side effect. I'm not losing that much right now, but I'm also not gaining either.
