Because I'm a masochist or something, I took JackMN to the DMV.

He plopped in a chair next to a big, gruff looking man and said "Hi 'dere!"
Fortunately for me, the man said it was perfectly fine that Jack was bugging him, and he let Jack repeatedly hug his arm and tolerated his repeated requests for crackers.

At one point, Jack decided it would amuse people if he threw himself on the floor and licked the carpeting.

I had told Jack we were going there to get tabs, and apparently he listened, because he pranced around the room telling people "hi dere! Tabs! Cracker?"

At least he didn't have a melt-down until we got to the car and I was cruel enough to insist he ride in his car seat, not sprawled out on the floor of the van.

I'm tired.

I misplaced my DL and got a dupe a few weeks ago. Worst 2 1/2 hours of my life.

I want my DL surgically attached to my body so I never have to got through that again.
