Reading/Berks Co., PA DUers: help me with a baby kitten

Some kids took a baby kitten away from mamma cat and dropped it on my doorstep for me to take care of. She was too young to leave her mother and I don't want her put down at the Humane Society. Right now, I've been fostering this cute little 4-week-old black female kitty because nobody else can. I'm not in a position to keep the kitten, who I named Midnight, because 1) I have to bottle feed her and the baby kitty formula is too expensive; and 2) my landlord won't allow me to keep any more than 3 cats. Too many cats in one apartment isn't fair to the cats.

Please PM me if you can help me by fostering her. I'm in Reading, PA and must get this kitten off my hands. Sorry, I don't have any pictures--I don't have access to a camera.
