The very definition of being an adult
WANTING to read the very last few chapters of Deathly Hallows, but ACTUALLY painting the garage while the sun shines.

Being an adult blows. :(

1. Nah...
all you're doing is drawing out the enjoyment and making it last. Think how much better it's gonna be when the sun sets and the garage is drying and you settle in with the book?

4. Gah, I've been drawing it out for DAYS
Can't take much more of this! Especially because now I'm in the part with all the nonstop action.
:woohoo:

'Course, I should be reading while eating my lunch instead of posting, but even my DU-ing has beeen neglected... :P

2. The very definition of a savvy shopper...
Picking up the latest Harry Potter novel while standing in the checkout line, scanning the last few pages for dialogue attributions to see who didn't croak, and then putting it back on the shelf.

5. DH's standard comment
to every book and movie: "Want to know how it ends? Everybody dies." (Yeah, DH is a real blast of sunshine sometimes!) (Hee--I just mistyped "sunshite"--at times more accurate!)

He tried to turn my book pages to the end while I was reading last night so I'd end up with an unintentional spoiler or two (not very energetically--just to yank my chain). He's lucky I didn't break his arm. (Good thing he's cute, I swear...)

7. I did that, too!
Knew long before my kids (who actually read the books) how it all ended.

3. Well, then I was a big, giant kid yesterday
I finished it because I was tired of doing everything else that needed done, which was getting in the way of reading it!

I can now move on to other important things - um, like posting on DU! :P

6. I envy you!
Off to read a few more pages before heading back out to the paint can... :hi:
