Last night our building fire alarm went off. I got up and check the shit out and no smoke or nothing. Well just about an hour ago the damn thing goes off again. My neighbor down the hall gives me the 411. This asshole has not only put fucking swastikas out on his deck but has been getting up on the roof all fucked up and shit. Now the shit head is setting off the fire alarm. Asshole was arrested and held for 24 hours and was let out. Fucker has a lawyer that got him out.

It seems that from what I've heard from the poor souls like live next to his ass .... he's loud and a total fucking pig. My building is about 90% Jewish and the whole swastika shit is part of his drug induced rage. GREAT!!!!

This is shit. Shitty thing is that the fucker is n OWNER of his condo so there is little that can be done. The cops have his name but who know what the asshole is going to do next.

13. Fucker just did it again about 2 hours ago.

I was in my bathroom and heard some noise. I went down stairs and heard all this pounding and shit coming from his unit. Just as I got to the elevator to go back upstairs he set the alarms off again. Went down to the lobby and called the cops. About 6 patrols cars and the FD showed up. At one point he was out on his deck just chillin'. Since no body has seen him so this ... there is nothing legally that can be done at this point. Most of the police have left. But a couple of cops went back up to his floor and I think are staking out his unit. So far nothing. Everyone in the building is freaked out. But we are all aware of what is going on, so that's a good thing.

From what I've learned he's a 30 something gay latino guy. He's owned his unit for about two to three years now. He's also an RN ... so who knows what kind of drugs he can get his hands on.

Just lovely isn't it!
