Meet Snotty.

Queen of the Bed. She lays in her box next to our bed in the loft until I walk up there. Then she starts meowing and jumps in the bed to get her scratches and tummy rubs. This is the nightly ritual.

4. Hi, Peggy!

Yes, she is very demanding and very vocal when she wants something. Every morning at six on the dot, she's yowling for her morning feed. And don't let me be in the kitchen cooking! If I'm at the counter, she knows her treats are just in the cabinet and she demands that I stop and get her one. And she must have the water from the tuna cans...must! LOL

5. Neither.

My husband and I met over the internet and before we got married (I was in another state) he caught a really bad cold during a really bad cold snap in the weather. We were talking on the phone and he was all bundled in the bed and the house was freezing because the heater broke. He needed some more kleenex but didn't want to get out from his warm bundle to get them. The cat was laying on the bed with him and we joked about using her and started calling her SnotRag. It stuck. She was only about 6 mos old then and he hadn't settled on a name. She is now 11.

She deserves everything she wants!

Her legs are getting arthritic so my husband built her a set of steps to get up on the bed. It's very old (my grandparents' first bed when they got married) so it's very high. Silly thing will go down but still refuses to use them to get up there. I'm sure she'll figure it out soon enough.

She looks like an awesome cat. Our first two cats were a grey tabby and a tuxedo with the little white paws and she reminds me of both of them!
