Sorry to preach but it's really important all women do that. I had NO risk factors, so I was feeling pretty safe.

breast cancer is very treatable if found early enough and thankfully it is detectable fairly early.

Also, if I could say something to women about ovarian cancer, it has few symptoms until you have it pretty well established, but any problems or changes should be taken seriously.

My mother died from it and there was little to let her know she had it when she was diagnosed, just a bloated feeling and being very tired.
