Douching is not good for you. I'd also venture to say that those who actually like the female anatomy like the smell and taste of female parts. Yes, be clean, but women aren't supposed to smell and taste like flowers, chemicals or vinegar and water (salad dressing anyone? :eyes:).

I would guess the woman had a yeast or bacterial infection, both of which can be made worse by douching.

If a woman has a problem with excessive or abnormal odor or discharge (or pain, itching), she needs to go to her doctor, nurse practitioner, or nurse midwife and get treated medically. Douche isn't going to help with anything and could make it worse. There's a lot of young women on this site and I'd hate from them to follow this dude's "advice", so I had to speak up too.
