The only thing missing is Mike from Season 2 :D

3. Sam, Elia, Ilan, and Marcel are highly disadvantaged here.

I think Elia and Sam have real talent. Marcel and Ilan have potential. However, Harold, Stephen, Tiffani, and Dave were just overall superior chefs.

Besides, season 1 may have included personal conflicts, but it was nothing like whiny season 2.
